Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes, boiled and diced
- 2 tablespoons mustard oil
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 2 green chilies, chopped
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Heat mustard oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
- Stir in green chilies, ginger, and garlic. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Add turmeric and mix well.
- Add the diced potatoes and salt. Stir to coat the potatoes with the spices.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are heated through and slightly crispy.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot.
