- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, finely chopped

- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, salt, pepper, and parsley until well combined.
- Divide the mixture into 12 equal portions and shape each portion into a small patty.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and cook the kofta patties for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until browned and cooked through.
- Serve the kofta hot with your choice of accompaniments.
