Ingredients
- 1 lb ground lamb
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the ground lamb, chopped onion, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape each portion into a small patty or a chop-like shape.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the lamb chops and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until browned and cooked through.
- Remove the lamb chops from the skillet and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
