Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, paprika, coriander, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each portion onto a wooden skewer, forming elongated kebabs.
- Heat a grill pan or stovetop grill over medium-high heat. Grill the kebabs for about 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked and slightly charred.
- Remove the kebabs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
