Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp ground coriander
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, paprika, coriander, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each portion onto a wooden skewer, forming elongated kebabs.
  3. Heat a grill pan or stovetop grill over medium-high heat. Grill the kebabs for about 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked and slightly charred.
  4. Remove the kebabs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
