Ingredients
- 2 cups cornmeal
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup palm oil
- 2 cups water
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the cornmeal with water to form a smooth paste.
- Add the chopped spinach, onion, and palm oil to the cornmeal mixture and stir well.
- Pour the mixture into a pot and add water. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the porridge thickens.
- Season with salt to taste and continue cooking for another 10 minutes.
- Once the porridge is thick and fully cooked, remove from heat and let it cool slightly before serving.
