Kokoda (solomon's Spicy Tuna Salad)

Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh tuna, diced
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2-3 chili peppers, finely chopped
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the diced tuna, coconut cream, lime juice, and chopped chili peppers. Mix well and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  2. After marinating, add the diced tomatoes, onion, and cucumber to the tuna mixture. Season with salt and pepper, and gently toss to combine.
