Ingredients

  • 2 cups of dried cassava powder
  • 4 cups of water
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring the water to a boil.
  2. Gradually add the dried cassava powder to the boiling water, stirring constantly to prevent lumps from forming.
  3. Reduce the heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens and becomes smooth.
  4. Add salt to taste and continue to stir for another 5 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before serving.
