Ingredients
- 2 cups of dried cassava powder
- 4 cups of water
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, bring the water to a boil.
- Gradually add the dried cassava powder to the boiling water, stirring constantly to prevent lumps from forming.
- Reduce the heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens and becomes smooth.
- Add salt to taste and continue to stir for another 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before serving.
