Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh fish fillets
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1 lime, juiced

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 small tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup diced pineapple
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • Lime wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine coconut milk, lime juice, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add fish fillets and marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the fish for 3-4 minutes on each side, until cooked through.
