Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh fish fillets
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 small tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup diced pineapple
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- Lime wedges for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine coconut milk, lime juice, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add fish fillets and marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the fish for 3-4 minutes on each side, until cooked through.
- Warm the tortillas and assemble the tacos with cooked fish, shredded cabbage, diced pineapple, and chopped cilantro.
- Serve with lime wedges and enjoy!
