Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef, cut into cubes
  • 1 lb fresh fish fillets
  • 2 tomatoes, diced

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the beef cubes with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large pot, heat the cooking oil over medium heat and brown the beef cubes.
  3. Add the onion, garlic, and bell pepper to the pot and sauté until the vegetables are tender.
  4. Pour in the coconut milk and soy sauce, then add the diced tomatoes.
  5. Cover the pot and let it simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. While the beef is simmering, season the fish fillets with salt and pepper.
  7. In a separate pan, heat a little bit of cooking oil and pan-fry the fish fillets until they are cooked through.
  8. Serve the beef and fish together, with the coconut sauce poured over the top.
