Ingredients
- 1 lb beef, cut into cubes
- 1 lb fresh fish fillets
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season the beef cubes with salt and pepper.
- In a large pot, heat the cooking oil over medium heat and brown the beef cubes.
- Add the onion, garlic, and bell pepper to the pot and sauté until the vegetables are tender.
- Pour in the coconut milk and soy sauce, then add the diced tomatoes.
- Cover the pot and let it simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- While the beef is simmering, season the fish fillets with salt and pepper.
- In a separate pan, heat a little bit of cooking oil and pan-fry the fish fillets until they are cooked through.
- Serve the beef and fish together, with the coconut sauce poured over the top.
