Koli Barthad (coorgi Style Mutton Fry)

Ingredients
- 500g mutton, cut into pieces
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 2-3 green chilies, slit
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tbsp Coorgi masala powder
- 1/2 cup fresh coriander leaves, chopped
- Salt to taste
- 3 tbsp oil
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions until golden brown.
- Add the ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, and sauté for a few minutes.
- Next, add the mutton pieces and cook until they turn brown.
- Stir in the tomatoes, turmeric powder, Coorgi masala powder, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes are soft.
- Add a little water, cover the pan, and simmer until the mutton is tender.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
