Ingredients
- 500g mutton, cut into pieces
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 3 tomatoes, pureed
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 2 green chilies, slit
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 2 tablespoons coriander powder
- 1 tablespoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- Salt to taste
- 3 tablespoons oil
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onions until golden brown.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, and sauté for a few minutes.
- Add the mutton pieces and cook until they turn brown.
- Stir in the tomato puree, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.
- Cover and cook on low heat until the mutton is tender, stirring occasionally.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
