Ingredients
- 500g prawns, cleaned and deveined
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, lemon juice, and salt to make the marinade.
- Add the prawns to the marinade and coat them evenly. Let them marinate for 15 minutes.
- Thread the prawns onto skewers and brush them with oil.
- Grill the prawns for 3-4 minutes on each side until they are cooked through and have a nice char.
- Serve hot with mint chutney and lemon wedges.
