Kolmi na Kebab (कोल्मी ना कबाब)

Ingredients

  • 500g prawns, cleaned and deveined
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, lemon juice, and salt to make the marinade.
  2. Add the prawns to the marinade and coat them evenly. Let them marinate for 15 minutes.
  3. Thread the prawns onto skewers and brush them with oil.
  4. Grill the prawns for 3-4 minutes on each side until they are cooked through and have a nice char.
  5. Serve hot with mint chutney and lemon wedges.
