Ingredients
- 1 bunch of water spinach (kong xin cai)
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Wash the water spinach thoroughly and cut into 2-inch lengths.
- Heat the cooking oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the water spinach to the wok and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until wilted.
- Season with soy sauce and salt, and continue to stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes.
- Transfer to a serving dish and serve hot.
