Ingredients
- 2 cups cocoyam leaves, washed and chopped

- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 cup palm oil

Instructions
- Heat the palm oil in a pot over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onions and sauté until translucent.
- Add the diced tomatoes, ground crayfish, and ground pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the chopped cocoyam leaves and stir well. Cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Season with salt to taste and serve hot.
