Ingredients

  • 2 cups cocoyam leaves, washed and chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 cup palm oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground crayfish
  • 1 teaspoon ground pepper
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the palm oil in a pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onions and sauté until translucent.
  3. Add the diced tomatoes, ground crayfish, and ground pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the chopped cocoyam leaves and stir well. Cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Season with salt to taste and serve hot.
