Korean Bean Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 1 pound bean sprouts
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil.
  2. Add the bean sprouts and cook for 3 minutes.
  3. Drain the bean sprouts and rinse with cold water.
  4. Squeeze out excess water from the bean sprouts.
  5. In a bowl, mix the bean sprouts with garlic, green onion, soy sauce, sesame oil, sesame seeds, and salt.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
