Ingredients
- 1 pound bean sprouts
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Bring a pot of water to a boil.
- Add the bean sprouts and cook for 3 minutes.
- Drain the bean sprouts and rinse with cold water.
- Squeeze out excess water from the bean sprouts.
- In a bowl, mix the bean sprouts with garlic, green onion, soy sauce, sesame oil, sesame seeds, and salt.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
