Ingredients
- 1 block (14 oz) soft tofu, cut into cubes
- 200g ground pork
- 2 tbsp gochugaru (Korean red pepper flakes)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-inch ginger, minced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water
Instructions
- In a pan, brown the ground pork over medium heat.
- Add the garlic, ginger, and half of the green onions. Cook until fragrant.
- Stir in the gochugaru, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
- Pour in the broth and bring to a simmer.
- Gently add the tofu cubes and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the cornstarch mixture and cook until the sauce thickens.
- Sprinkle the remaining green onions on top and serve hot.
