Ingredients
- 1 block of firm tofu, cubed
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean red chili paste)
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Press the tofu to remove excess water, then cut it into cubes.
- In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, sesame oil, and gochujang.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the onion, bell peppers, garlic, and ginger, and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Add the tofu and the sauce mixture to the skillet, and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until the tofu is heated through.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
