Ingredients
- 1 lb white fish fillets, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup vegetable oil, for frying
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 onion, cut into chunks
- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks

Instructions
- Season the fish with salt and pepper.
- Dredge the fish in cornstarch, then dip into the beaten eggs.
