Ingredients

  • 1 lb white fish fillets, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 2 eggs, beaten

  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 onion, cut into chunks
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the fish with salt and pepper.
  2. Dredge the fish in cornstarch, then dip into the beaten eggs.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Fry the fish until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
