Ingredients
- 500g mutton, cut into pieces
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 3 tomatoes, pureed
- 1/4 cup yogurt
- 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tbsp red chili powder
- 1 tbsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp oil
- 10-12 kori rotti (crispy rice wafers)
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions until golden brown.
- Add the ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a few minutes.
- Add the mutton pieces and cook until they are browned.
- Stir in the tomato puree, yogurt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Add water, cover the pan, and cook the mutton until tender.
- Sprinkle garam masala and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Serve the spicy mutton curry with crispy kori rotti.
