- 2 pounds ground whitefish
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 eggs

- 1 carrot, sliced
- 1 celery stalk, sliced
- 1 lemon, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground whitefish, onion, eggs, matzo meal, sugar, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Form the fish mixture into oval-shaped patties and place them in a greased baking dish.
- Drizzle the vegetable oil over the fish patties.

- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
