Ingredients

Instructions

- Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In another skillet, heat the remaining tablespoon of oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until caramelized, about 10 minutes.
- Combine the cooked kasha, pasta, and caramelized onions in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
