Ingredients
- 1 whole kosher turkey (12-14 pounds)
- 2 lemons, halved
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Rinse the turkey and pat dry with paper towels.
- Place the halved lemons inside the turkey cavity.
