Ingredients

  • 1 whole kosher turkey (12-14 pounds)
  • 2 lemons, halved
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Rinse the turkey and pat dry with paper towels.
  3. Place the halved lemons inside the turkey cavity.
