Kosher Vegetarian Cholent

Ingredients

  • 1 cup barley
  • 1 cup white beans
  • 3 potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 3 carrots, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 6 cups vegetable broth

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, combine the barley, white beans, potatoes, carrots, onion, and garlic.
