Kothimbir Chutney (कोथिंबीर चटणी)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh coriander leaves
  • 1/2 cup grated coconut
  • 2-3 green chilies
  • 1/2 inch ginger
  • 1 tablespoon roasted peanuts
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as needed

Instructions

  1. Wash the coriander leaves and chop them roughly.
  2. In a blender, combine the coriander leaves, grated coconut, green chilies, ginger, roasted peanuts, cumin seeds, lemon juice, and salt.
  3. Add a little water and blend to a smooth paste.
  4. Adjust the consistency by adding more water if needed.
  5. Transfer the chutney to a serving bowl.
