Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh coriander leaves
- 1/2 cup grated coconut
- 2-3 green chilies
- 1/2 inch ginger
- 1 tablespoon roasted peanuts
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Water as needed
Instructions
- Wash the coriander leaves and chop them roughly.
- In a blender, combine the coriander leaves, grated coconut, green chilies, ginger, roasted peanuts, cumin seeds, lemon juice, and salt.
- Add a little water and blend to a smooth paste.
- Adjust the consistency by adding more water if needed.
- Transfer the chutney to a serving bowl.
