Ingredients

  • 2 lemons, juiced and zested

  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, olive oil, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
