Kozhi Tikka (spiced Chicken Tikka)

Ingredients
- 500g boneless chicken, cut into cubes
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon oil
- Skewers for grilling
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, red chili powder, lemon juice, and salt.
- Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and mix well to coat the chicken. Let it marinate for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.
- Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto skewers.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Place the skewers on the pan and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has a charred exterior.
- Remove the chicken tikka from the skewers and serve hot with mint chutney and naan bread.
