Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh okra, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 tomatoes, diced
- 2 tablespoons palm oil
- 1 teaspoon ground crayfish
- 1 teaspoon ground red pepper
- Salt to taste
- 4 cups vegetable broth
Instructions
- Heat the palm oil in a pot over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onions and sauté until translucent.
- Add the diced tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes.
- Stir in the sliced okra, ground crayfish, ground red pepper, and salt. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Pour in the vegetable broth and simmer for an additional 10 minutes.
- Adjust seasoning if necessary and serve hot.
