Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh okra, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 tomatoes, diced
  • 2 tablespoons palm oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground crayfish
  • 1 teaspoon ground red pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 cups vegetable broth

Instructions

  1. Heat the palm oil in a pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onions and sauté until translucent.
  3. Add the diced tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in the sliced okra, ground crayfish, ground red pepper, and salt. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Pour in the vegetable broth and simmer for an additional 10 minutes.
  6. Adjust seasoning if necessary and serve hot.
