Ingredients
- 1 pound spicy Polish sausage, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (14 ounces) sauerkraut, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the sausage slices over medium heat until browned. Remove the sausage from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté the onion and garlic until softened.
