Ingredients
- 1 kg fresh scampi
- 4 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Clean and devein the scampi, leaving the shells on.
- In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the scampi to the pot and cook for 2-3 minutes, until they start to turn pink.
- Pour in the white wine and let it simmer for 2 minutes.
- Add the crushed tomatoes, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Stir well and let it simmer for 15-20 minutes, until the scampi are fully cooked and the sauce has thickened.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
