Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and sugar.
- Add the melted butter, vanilla extract, and eggs to the dry ingredients, and mix until smooth.
- Preheat the krumkake iron on the stovetop over medium heat.
- Place a spoonful of batter onto the center of the iron, close the lid, and cook for about 30 seconds or until golden brown.
- Quickly remove the cookie from the iron and roll it into a cone shape using a cone-shaped mold or the handle of a wooden spoon.
- Allow the krumkake to cool and crisp up before serving.
- Optional: Fill the krumkake cones with whipped cream or other desired fillings before serving.
