Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup fine bulgur
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tsp ground cumin

- 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 cups tomato sauce
- 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, bulgur, onion, cumin, coriander, turmeric, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Form the meat mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- In a large pot, combine the tomato sauce and broth and bring to a simmer over medium heat.
- Gently drop the meatballs into the simmering sauce and cook for 30-35 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through.
