Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken livers
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup walnuts, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds

- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
- Add the chicken livers to the skillet and cook until they are no longer pink in the center.
- Once the livers are cooked, remove them from the skillet and let them cool.
- Once cooled, chop the livers into small pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped livers, onions, walnuts, pomegranate seeds, cilantro, and red wine vinegar.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and mix well.
- Chill the kuchmachi in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
