Ingredients
- 2 Kudat mangoes, peeled and julienned
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 red chili, thinly sliced

- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
- 1/4 cup roasted peanuts, crushed
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the julienned mangoes, sliced red onion, and sliced red chili.
- Add the chopped cilantro, mint leaves, and crushed peanuts to the bowl.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the fish sauce, lime juice, and brown sugar to make the dressing.
- Pour the dressing over the mango mixture and toss gently to combine.
- Transfer the mango kerabu to a serving platter and serve immediately.
