Kue Pancong Kelapa (coconut Milk Rice Cake)

Ingredients

  • 2 cups glutinous rice flour
  • 1 cup coconut milk

  • Banana leaves for lining

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the glutinous rice flour, coconut milk, sugar, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  2. Cut the banana leaves into small squares for lining the cake molds.
  3. Place the banana leaf squares in the bottom of the cake molds.
  4. Pour the rice flour mixture into the cake molds lined with banana leaves.
  5. Steam the cakes over medium heat for 30 minutes or until set.
  6. Remove the cakes from the molds and let them cool before serving.
