Kufta (azerbaijani Lamb Meatballs)

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground lamb
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground lamb, onion, garlic, parsley, bread crumbs, egg, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the meatballs, cooking for about 5-7 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through.
- Remove the meatballs from the skillet and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
