Kuih Lapis Love

Ingredients
- 500g rice flour
- 400g coconut milk
- 300g sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pandan essence
- Red food coloring
- Green food coloring
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the rice flour, coconut milk, sugar, and salt until well combined.
- Divide the mixture into two equal portions.
- Add pandan essence to one portion and green food coloring to the other.
- Steam a thin layer of the pandan mixture for 5 minutes in a square pan lined with banana leaves.
- Steam a thin layer of the green mixture on top of the cooked pandan layer for 5 minutes.
- Repeat the steaming and layering process until all the mixture is used up.
- Allow the kuih lapis to cool completely before slicing and serving.
