Ingredients
- 500g boneless chicken, cut into cubes
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, cut into cubes
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, lemon juice, and salt.
- Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- In a pan, heat the oil and sauté the sliced onion until golden brown.
- Add the marinated chicken and cook until the chicken is tender and the marinade is well incorporated.
- Add the bell pepper and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
