Ingredients

  • 2 cups of jasmine rice
  • 1 3/4 cups of coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup of water
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

Instructions

  1. Rinse the jasmine rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
  2. In a pot, combine the rinsed rice, coconut milk, water, and salt.
  3. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat.
  4. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the liquid is absorbed.
  5. Fluff the rice with a fork before serving.
