Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of taro leaves, washed and chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 can of coconut milk
  • 4 cups of water
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, sauté the onions and garlic until fragrant.
  2. Add the chopped taro leaves and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Pour in the coconut milk and water, then bring to a simmer.
  4. Let the soup simmer for 30-40 minutes, or until the taro leaves are tender.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
