Ingredients
- 4 large sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, melted

- 1/4 cup marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Arrange the sweet potato slices in a greased casserole dish.
- In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar, melted butter, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Pour the mixture over the sweet potatoes.
- Cover the casserole dish with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
