Ingredients

  • 4 large sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced

  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Arrange the sweet potato slices in a greased casserole dish.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar, melted butter, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Pour the mixture over the sweet potatoes.
  4. Cover the casserole dish with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
