Kundasang Vegetable Stir-fry

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup snap peas
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the onion and garlic, and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the carrot, bell pepper, snap peas, and broccoli. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, and water.
- Pour the sauce over the vegetables and toss to coat. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove from heat and serve the Kundasang Vegetable Stir-Fry hot.
