Ingredients
- 1 lb beef, thinly sliced
- 8 oz udon noodles
- 1/2 cup unsalted peanuts
- 3-4 green onions, chopped
- 3-4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 inch ginger, minced
- 2-3 dried red chilies
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Prepare the udon noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add the beef and stir-fry until browned. Remove the beef from the wok and set aside.
- In the same wok, add the garlic, ginger, and dried red chilies. Stir-fry for a minute until fragrant.
- Add the peanuts and green onions to the wok and stir-fry for another minute.
- Return the beef to the wok and add the cooked udon noodles. Stir in the Kung Pao sauce and toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
- Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with additional chopped green onions and peanuts if desired.
