Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces

  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup peanuts
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, rice vinegar, hoisin sauce, cornstarch, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes. Set aside.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
