Ingredients
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp ground fenugreek
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp ground paprika
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground pork, ground beef, onion, garlic, coriander, fenugreek, cayenne pepper, black pepper, paprika, cumin, red wine vinegar, parsley, and salt. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Divide the mixture into 6 equal portions and shape each portion into a long sausage shape.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and cook the sausages for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are browned and cooked through.
- Remove from the skillet and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
