Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 2 cups rolled oats

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the mashed bananas, oats, coconut oil, honey, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
  3. Drop spoonfuls of the cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet, and flatten them slightly with the back of the spoon.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
