Ingredients

  • 250g chicken breast, cut into strips
  • 300g pasta
  • 200g mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add the chicken strips and cook until they are no longer pink. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
