Ingredients
- 500g fish fillets
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp red chili powder

- 1 tsp coriander powder

Instructions
- Cut the fish fillets into desired sizes and pat them dry with a paper towel.

- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- Dip each fish fillet in the beaten eggs, then coat it in the flour mixture, ensuring it is fully covered.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the fish fillets until they are golden and crispy on both sides.
- Remove the fried fish from the oil and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
- Serve the Kurkure Machli hot with your favorite dipping sauce or chutney.
