Ingredients

  • 500g fish fillets
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  2. In a bowl, mix together the all-purpose flour, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs.

  5. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the fish fillets until they are golden and crispy on both sides.
  6. Remove the fried fish from the oil and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
