Ingredients
- 500g kway teow noodles
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 200g prawns, peeled and deveined
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat the cooking oil in a wok or large pan over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sliced onion, and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the diced tomatoes and cook until they start to break down.
- Add the prawns and cook until they turn pink and opaque.
- Push the ingredients to one side of the wok, and pour the beaten eggs into the empty space. Scramble the eggs until cooked through.
- Add the kway teow noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, salt, and pepper. Stir-fry until the noodles are well-coated and heated through.
- Adjust seasoning to taste, and serve hot.
