Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the flour, cornstarch, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the flour mixture.
  4. Place the coated wings on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes, turning once halfway through.
  5. While the wings are baking, heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  6. Add the minced garlic to the pan and cook until golden and crispy.
  7. Once the wings are crispy and cooked through, toss them in the crispy garlic and oil mixture.
  8. Serve the Kyan Kyaw hot and enjoy!
