Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, cornstarch, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the flour mixture.
- Place the coated wings on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes, turning once halfway through.
- While the wings are baking, heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic to the pan and cook until golden and crispy.
- Once the wings are crispy and cooked through, toss them in the crispy garlic and oil mixture.
- Serve the Kyan Kyaw hot and enjoy!
