Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, snap peas, carrots)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 2-3 red chilies, thinly sliced
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
- Add garlic, ginger, and red chilies. Stir fry for 1 minute.
- Add chicken and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add mixed vegetables and stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, sugar, and chicken broth. Pour the sauce into the wok and stir well.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened and the chicken is cooked through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
